                                        Mountain Homes at Chilhowee Forest

     Chilhowee Forest currently contains two mountain homes available for rent with stunning views of the Smoky Mountains. The 600 acre preserve borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and sits atop Chilhowee Mountain with elevations ranging from 1,800 feet to over 2,400 feet. The preserve also sits adjacent to the Top of The World Community with convenient access to the Foothills Parkway. Each mountain home provides privacy on the spacious preserve surrounded by forests with waterfalls and stunning views of the main crest of the Smoky Mountains.


Chilhowee Forest is located a short distance from Maryville and Townsend:

Downtown Maryville:  25 minutes (11.7 miles)
Townsend:  35 minutes (19.3 miles)
McGhee Tyson Airport:  30 minutes (16.3 miles)
Smoky Mountains NP:  38 minutes (22 miles)

The Homes       

         
     Both of the mountain homes have 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a great room, den, and a 60-foot deck with a private, mountain vista. The homes available for rent have modern amenities with electricity, telephone, water, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, air conditioning, a rustic fireplace, and washer/dryer connections. The homes provide panoramic views, comfort, and solitude at an affordable price.
